What are the flaws?
A clutch slave cylinder manufactured with a bellows seal can be damaged during assembly. Damage could cause the clutch to not disengage, preventing the rider from changing gears.
What are the dangers ?
Failure to disengage the clutch can result in loss of motorcycle control, increasing the risk of an accident causing serious injury or death to the rider and / or passenger or bystanders.
What should consumers do?
Owners can contact an authorized dealer and make an appointment to have the rectification done free of charge.
